By accessing or using this website, purchasing prints through our shop, enrolling in a workshop, or accessing a private client gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and its services.
All print purchases made through our shop are processed securely via PayPal. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed print orders, including for reasons of buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or change of mind. If an item arrives damaged in transit or materially defective due to a printing or fulfillment error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the claim on a case-by-case basis. This policy does not affect any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction — see "Statutory Rights" below.
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased prints passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country.
Purchasing a print grants you ownership of that physical print for personal display only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any license to scan, digitize, republish, or commercially exploit the image. All photographic works remain the exclusive intellectual property of Anthon Cauper unless otherwise agreed in a separate written license.
Enrollment in "The Craft" or any other workshop program is confirmed upon receipt of payment. All workshop sales are final — no refunds are issued for any reason, including non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the program. In the rare event a session is cancelled or rescheduled by Anthon Cauper, enrolled participants will be offered a spot in a future session or a full refund at our discretion. As with print purchases, this policy does not override any statutory withdrawal right that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction.
Access to private client galleries is granted exclusively to clients of a booked session and is governed by the signed release, license, or collaboration agreement provided at the time of booking — not by these general Terms. That agreement is the authoritative document for usage rights, delivery timelines, and licensing scope for your specific session. Sharing your private gallery access credentials with third parties is prohibited.
All content on this site — including photography, text, source code, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Anthon Cauper. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or automated harvesting of any material for commercial or AI training purposes is strictly prohibited and protected under international copyright law and the Berne Convention.
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting unauthorized access to private galleries, submitting the contact form for spam or harassment, or interfering with the site's normal operation. Violation may result in a permanent block of your access, and, where applicable, action pursued through the courts referenced below.
This website and its services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of information or uninterrupted availability of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthon Cauper shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its services.
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, offerings, or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active orders or enrollments will be communicated directly where possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under the law of your country of residence — including, where applicable, a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for distance purchases under EU/UK consumer protection law. Where such a right applies and cannot be excluded, it takes precedence over the "all sales final" language above for that transaction only.
Any claim relating to these Terms or the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that territory.
